The Village People (PIC)

Since the dawn of time or at least disco, there has always been this question: “Why do The Village People exist?” That’s more of a question than mankind can tackle at this point, but we can narrow the scope of that question into something that we can answer. Why are these particular characters together in a group? What’s the common thread besides their blatant homosexuality? Well, after months of research, scouring over socioeconomic studies, and checking and rechecking the data, we finally ready to submit a hypothesis.

Everyone receives a government check for one reason or another. The policeman, the construction worker, and the sailor work directly for local, state, or federal government. The indian gets a federal stipend for being a Native American. Finally, the cowboy/biker duo are retarded and receiving disability.

It’s so simple. It’s hard to believe that we didn’t just think of it one day and hastily post it to the internet. It’s hard to believe…
